The tabs show meetings for the scope picked under **Calendar Scope**. Pick **Personal** to see your own meetings; if your team has an organization calendar, the page opens on **Organization**. > **Note** > > If a meeting is missing, see [Troubleshooting](/detect/meetings/personal-calendar#troubleshooting). ## Tabs #### Live Now Meetings that have started. #### Starting Soon Meetings in the next 12 hours. #### Scheduled & Confirmed Meetings more than 12 hours away. #### Recently Protected Meetings that have ended, with their verdict, newest first. A meeting stays in **Live Now** until the bot leaves the call or stops trying to join. Each tab shows how many meetings it holds and lists 10 per page. The Meetings page opens on the first tab that has meetings. ## Meeting cards Each card shows: * The platform and meeting title * A meeting status badge, plus a bot status badge once the bot starts joining * The date and start time (**In progress now** while the meeting is live) * How many participants have joined the call * For calendar meetings, the organizer's email and invitee count; click it to see the **Invitees** list * The start of the bot ID; click it to copy the full ID **Join Room** opens the meeting link. ![A meeting card with a Deepfake Detected meeting status and a Call Ended bot status](/_fern-img/2e78d01ce10164c5b372da76262998c5256f32b8e26e3cb4687eee9da051dd67.webp) ### Meeting status | Meeting status | Meaning | | ----------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Scheduled | Upcoming. The bot will join at the start time. | | Live | The meeting has started. The badge stays **Live** until the meeting moves to **Recently Protected**, even if someone is flagged. | | Verified | The call ended, at least one participant's audio or video was captured, and no one was flagged. | | Deepfake Detected | The call ended and at least one participant was flagged. Review it now. | | No one joined | The call ended without any participant audio or video captured. | ### Bot status | Bot status | Meaning | | ------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Joining | The bot is joining the call. | | Waiting Room | The bot is waiting to be let in. If no one lets it in within the [waiting room timeout](/detect/meetings/personal-calendar/control-center#bot-leave-behaviour), it leaves and the badge changes to **Call Ended**. | | Recording | The bot is in the call and checking participants. | | Call Ended | The bot left the call because the meeting ended, everyone else left, no one else joined within 10 minutes, or no one let it in from the waiting room in time. | | Kicked from Call | Someone removed the bot from the call. | | Kicked from Waiting Room | Someone denied the bot entry while it was in the waiting room. | | Fatal: Bot Error | The bot hit an error or couldn't join for a reason not listed below. | | Fatal: Meeting Not Found | No meeting was found at the link. | | Fatal: Invalid Link | The meeting link is invalid. | | Fatal: Meeting Ended | The meeting had already ended when the bot tried to join. | ## Live detection While the call runs, the bot checks each participant's voice and video in short clips. Audio needs speech, and video needs the camera on. * Click the meeting's card to see each participant's [verdict](#meeting-details) so far. * A participant shows **real** once both **Audio** and **Video** are real, and **fake** once either is flagged. * When the bot flags someone, it posts this message in the meeting chat: > 🚨 DEEPFAKE DETECTED: `` is using AI-generated content To stop these posts, turn on [In-Meeting Chat Notifications](/detect/meetings/personal-calendar/control-center#in-meeting-chat-notifications) > **Suppress chat notifications**. Detection keeps running. ## After a call When the bot leaves the call or gives up joining, the meeting moves to **Recently Protected** with one of these combinations. Each row shows the bot status, then the meeting status. | What happened | Bot status, then meeting status | | ------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | The call ran and someone was flagged | Call Ended Deepfake Detected | | The call ran and no one was flagged | Call Ended Verified | | No one else joined within 10 minutes of the bot joining | Call Ended No one joined | | No one let the bot in from the waiting room in time | Call Ended No one joined | | Someone denied the bot entry | Kicked from Waiting Room No one joined | | The bot was removed during the call | Kicked from Call, then Deepfake Detected, Verified, or No one joined, based on what was captured before it was removed | | The bot hit an error during the call | Fatal: Bot Error, then Deepfake Detected, Verified, or No one joined, based on what was captured before the error | | The bot couldn't join | Any **Fatal** status, then No one joined | A bot that leaves doesn't rejoin if people arrive later. ## Meeting details Click a card to open its details.
