Personal Calendar
Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar, and a detection bot joins the Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet meetings you choose and flags participants whose voice or video is AI-generated. Personal settings affect only your own meetings.
How it works
Sync
Resemble keeps your upcoming meetings in sync with your calendar until each one starts: new events are added, changed ones are updated, and canceled ones are removed.
Match
Each event with a meeting link is checked against your autojoin option and meeting filter. Meetings that don’t match get no bot.
Join
The bot joins each matching meeting at its start time. If the meeting has a waiting room or lobby, someone needs to let it in.
Detect
While the call runs, the bot checks each participant’s voice and video. Click the meeting’s card on the Meetings page to see each participant’s verdict. If the bot flags someone, it posts a warning in the meeting chat, unless you’ve turned on Suppress chat notifications. See Live detection.
Report
When the bot leaves the call, the meeting moves to Recently Protected with its final verdict. If someone was flagged, an alert email goes to the addresses set in Team Notifications.

Troubleshooting
A meeting doesn’t appear in my list
- Calendar Scope is set to Organization. Pick Personal to see your own meetings.
- The event has no Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet link.
- The event had already started when it synced. To protect a call that’s underway, use Start meeting with its link.
An event changed in my calendar
- If an upcoming event’s time, title, or invitees change, Resemble updates the meeting and checks it against your autojoin option and meeting filter again. If it now matches, it gets the bot. If it no longer matches, it loses the bot.
- If an upcoming event is canceled or deleted, the meeting leaves your list and no bot joins it.
- Once a meeting has started, calendar changes don’t affect it.
Several bots joined the same meeting
Each person with a connected calendar gets their own bot. A meeting with several of them on the invite gets one bot for each person whose autojoin option and meeting filter include it.
